Our Events Calendar is designed to display events in the DFW Metroplex that are marketed to – but not limited to – our local LGBT community. It’s pretty simple! All accepted events are usually reviewed and if accepted, listed within 24 hours.
All events are submitted to be considered for listing in DFW Gay Live and The Dallas Voice. You are solely responsible that all information in your submission is correct. In most cases, all events are reviewed within a couple hours, but it can take up to 24 hours. If your event is accepted for posting, the event listing will become live upon acceptance. See event criteria listed above. There is no charge to list your event, but ‘added-value’ promotion is available for your event. See our promotion products listed below.
For a small fee, you can add your event to our ‘Featured Events Slider’ found on the DFW Gay LIVE homepage. Choose from a 1-day promotion to any number of days you want to promote your event.
Simply choose an ‘Event Promote Product’ at the bottom of the listing window when uploading your event using our ‘Submit Event’ button. Add the item to your cart and choose the date range of your promotion
DFW Gay LIVE offers 2 sizes of web banners. The cost for either banner is only $50/month.
Once your payment is received, we will contact you to coordinate your banner creation.
